        I start training with Gurdeesh in 2021 and noticed a huge difference in my strength and fitness straight away. Gurdeesh is very knowledgeable and uses that to push you. I always enjoyed my workouts with Gurdeesh and unfortunately had to stop in August 2022 due to long covid. I could never go back to a traditional gym again as nothing beats 1:1

        Been training with Gurdeesh almost a year now, and I can honestly say I would not step foot into a normal gym again. Hes so good at what he does and pushes you. Hes the best PT in derby. Thanks Gurdeeshhh

        Ive been going to Deesh for PT sessions since June & been having back massage/cupping for a few weeks now - he is the best! My bodys never looked better, my confidence has grown & I just feel a lot better thanks to him! Hes professional & knows what hes doing. Highly recommend!
