        Having trained at several boxing gyms /martial art gyms in the past I can't recommend this place enough. After hearing great things about the centre over the last few years I've been lucky enough to finely witness them first hand. The coaching and guidance is brilliant. It has a great family feel with all the coaches and other students. I find the teaching methods by Sensei Pat very clear and effective. Thinking of MMA, BJJ or martial arts I highly recommend you check out Gracie Barra Derby.

        Awesome clue, very friendly and welcoming. Awesome instructors who will help you through your journey. They teach bjj, MMA Japanese Jujitsu. You will make new friends myself and my son train there. The dojo is very clean. Easy parking

        My 7yr old son needed to improve his self confidence. As the Martial Arts helped me so much in my youth, I want to give him the same opportunity. Gracie Barra Derby provides a perfect place for him to develop his skills as well as grow his self confidence and come out of his shell. I cant recommend these guys highly enough!
