Bully Behaviour from Staff, Avoid the Complex Needs Team, they don't have a Clue about anything. Highly controlling behaviour, the team leader doesn't even have a clue how to be a leader or lead a team. No real organisation with Derby Homes. Lack of Respect for Tenants. I don't understand how they recruit staff, lack of training or experience.

Leaking roof not fixed in leasehold property for over 1.5 month and still ongoing. They stopped me from repairing as a building is not mine. Who knows how long the water will be still leaking into my flat before any actions will be taken. When the engineer arrived gave us a bucket to collet the water. Damage to the roof is over a meter long how they expect me to catch water with their bucket?!

I've been having problems with damp mold and condensation on all the ceilings on the top exterior walls since our new guttering was put in over 10yrs ago they have told me it condensation and to just paint over it, also rising damp in 3 rooms to which I have now been told won't be fixed till july, I'm in the middle of writing a big complaint to them

Their Depot so not for the public, I was there for my work, nice looking site all round with some really nice revamped builds..
