It was pleasing experience at showroom, Roger was very helpful throughout the process. I would recommend his professional service. Only disappointment would be last minute decline of Lexus drive away insurance, creates panic in first time drivers. When other insurers can offer quote based on the same risk, why not Lexus? Appears as if Lexus saving on free drive away insurance.

First impression and visit - efficient, professional and courteous staff team. Booking was for the interim service and MOT on my NX300. I opted for the pre visit online check in and was also able to wait whilst these were completed. I was provided a private and comfortable space within which to work, very useful as I had a couple of online meetings to attend. I completed my car check out online and was notified promptly when my car was ready. I may need an air conditioning refresh as per the guidance however this can be booked at another time. A really positive and efficient experience and I was left to work without interruption. Well done to the staff I interacted with, happy to return because of your great customer service.
