It's almost 2 years to the day 1st May 2021, that my father passed away. Delays to process probate left us waiting until December 2022 for anything to start. No communications to us from the company, we always have to chase up matters. When dates are given for matters to been sorted, something else always happened to delay this. I have had 4 emails ignored over the Easter Holiday period. This company seem to have not one ounce of compassion, to the families they are holding the inheritance of, and gaining money that shouldn't be there's from. I stupidly have my Will with then also but will ammend this to another company as I wouldn't wish this hassle on my own family.
