Nimbus's partnership with Merlin has been a horrible experience for me. I sent an application for a Ride Access Pass a week and a half in before our visit, due to my Type 1 Diabetes,. They require an evidence document and I provided my document that was denied as it was an Editable format... a week later. It's now too short notice to contact my diabetic clinician as they don't work on Mondays or Tuesdays and Nimbus aren't answering their phones as all of the lines are busy. This is a horrible system.
