A very worthwhile extended warrantee purchased on my combo life. Spoke directly with Paul D. Manager who dealt very quickly with my claim. Although I had to deal with york & rowlatt Wellingborough who may have turned me off buying a vauxhall again, Paul managed to offer me the service I had always used to recieve and expected. When I explained I had walk 8 miles home after leaving the car, he quickly arranged a curtesy car which was originally refused. And when I was told that my bill was going to be 4,000, and that there was no way I would be able to claim, I spoke with Paul who accepted responsibility. Just got my car back today after approx 2 months from when the fault happened. Just so thankful to Paul.
