        DO NOT USE AT ALL COSTS Do not use this company at all cost. Oliver James is not a qualified solicitor I wouldnt trust him to park my car let alone deal with any legal issues. James has sent through paperwork that was for the completely wrong house which by law, we can sign and now own. He also lies to the letting agents telling them he has sent documents and are waiting for us to respond, then admits he never sent it. Send through the wrong price, the wrong house, over priced for a job a cleaner could get right. He should be sacked.
