Ive used them twice within the year to both sell and purchase properties and in both cases they have been absolutely amazing, always keeping you updated and there to help at any point of the transition if you have any worries. Just BRILLIANT. I would highly recommend J M Lewis & Co.

We worked with Jacqueline who managed the sale of our Derby property and purchase of our Bristol property. As we were renting in Bristol during the process, we assumed that the distance could potentially cause delays but we were keen to utilise John M Lewis as we had such a good experience with them when we bought our first home. The service offered by Jacqueline and the team soon put our concerns aside as a lot of the process could be completed via their secure portals online and they were always contactable via phone if required. We ended up in a tricky chain but thanks to the efforts of Jacqueline everything eventually ended successfully. Overall, a friendly, efficient and professional conveyancers that I couldn't recommend more.

This company is awful! I can not believe people have gave them good reviews if they are genuine reviews! What fool would use this company to sell or buy a house! It took them about a month just to contact the seller to get the sale agreement! Even the estate agents said it was very bad service from this company! Worse still they did not even notice that the seller's details were incorrect on the land registry untill my solicitor pointed it out to them. How pathetic of them! They do not even know how to do their job. I would not trust this company to sell my shed let alone sell or buy a house!!!! Please avoid using this company to sell or buy a HOUSE!!!!!

We have just completed on our 1st home and Chris and his team were brilliant, our lender was really tricky but chris and the team did everything they could to make it less stressful and got it done quickly. Whenever i had a question they were there and kept me well informed. Highly recommend.
