We instructed Sort Legal 4 weeks before our mortgage was due to end to complete the remortgage process for us. Millie dealt with our case and was incredibly prompt in responding to questions and proactive in providing us with updates on the case. We were nervous that the process would take us way beyond the mortgage end date due to when we instructed Sort Legal but the process was completed only a day past the deadline, which we were most comfortable with. We have used their services as a recommendation from our Mortgage Broker when we remortgaged our house. From start to finish has been plain sailing. There was one slight hiccup down the line in regards to one document needing an exact same signature as our driving licenses. After the 3rd attempt it was resolved. If we had any questions they were quickly and professionally answered. We would use them again. The prices are fair too. Highly recommended.

To say this company have been awful would be an understatement. We did not choose them and were recommended them by our mortgage provider, big mistake. The conveyancer we had refused to give managers details twice, as well as misplaced paperwork, and missed many vital details until the very last minute. The head of legal practice was also very poor, did not reply to emails regarding our complaint and missed deadlines. This is the person in charge so we expected better! We have had to escalate the complaint just to try and get answers. I would 100% avoid this company, absolutely appalling service. We are still awaiting replies to our complaint, if you use this company good luck.
