What a waste of time the guy was using a long handled brush with hose connected I'm on the first floor of 2.
Pushing cold water round a window will not clean it.
I spoke to the guy about this, inviting him to see the state of the windows, he was very negative, rude, and insulting.
After calling the company who really didn't care I contacted the building managers. But still have dirty windows.
