Evolution Kickboxing

A fantastic team of people! Great for the whole family and the chief instructor is one of the most experienced martial arts coaches in the area. Teaching for well over 20 years, inspirational to children and adults! I couldnt recommend Evolution Kickboxing enough!

Great academy for learning discipline, resilience and keeping fit. After a day/week at work you can have a release and feel great afterwards. Nicky is great she spends time getting to know everyone and their own abilities and makes it so you can ALL do train and be the best you can be. She has worked with me on breathing techniques to increase my cardio fitness as I am being treated for long Covid and in a few short weeks there has been a change. Without her support and encouragement I would have given in. For someone that wasnt really interested in gradings and getting a new belt well..with Nicky and the academys support Im just a couple of belts away from my black belt. So I would highly recommend joining, you will have a great instructor, great academy and venue and just all round kicking punching smashing fun.
