Jumpin Fun Inflatable Park Derby

We had my sons 7th birthday party here today. first time having a party here. Whilst the inflatables were fun for the kids the party food was not. We had the basic package of crisps and sandwiches etc. they each had a plate with 1 pack of crisps 1 cake and 1 mini pack of biscuits and 1 platter of sandwich fingers, for 12 kids that have been running around this was not enough. I had to ask for more and then they could only do me a half a platter of sandwich fingers. For what the party cost for a minimum of 12 guests I expected better. Disappointed.

Very disappointed returned her last week as it had been renovated. Doesn't clearly state anywhere about time changing. To be told its on the email (it states 1 hour in the inflatable area. No mention of ball pool), a staff member told you on arrival (nope this didn't happen), you were told in the safety video, I wasn't in with the kids. So didn't see that. Was told more children can now go on an inflatable would like to see pipa paperwork stating this the inflatable size hasn't changed so how can you let more children in. From me viewing it the space has got smaller and more enclosed. Please be more open with customers and make this information more clear.

We took my youngest son and his girlfriend in the Easter holidays and they both loved it. 6 each for an hour I thought was very reasonable. There's a cafe upstairs with plenty of seating. The kids loved it.

Kids love this. No free parking. Parking area is full... struggle to get a space.
