Our order was worth like 50pounds all together , and we waited like 45 mins and when we went to ask where is our food , the people didnt even start preparing its terrible this hasnt happened to me before some people become after us and they been put food first then us . The manager should of kept a eye on the staff

Staff at the counter was rude Throughout the transaction, they maintain a sour attitude and fail to provide any kind of helpful information or recommendations. Despite the poor customer service experience, the food itself is actually quite good.However, the unpleasant encounter at the counter leaves a sour taste in our mouth and makes us question whether we would return to the restaurant again. The most laughably miserable waitress (short brunette ponytail) Ive ever seen. Like someone asked Siri for the definition of someone who hates life. She about threw the food onto the table and the people.

The drinks were damaged and slurry didn't have straws which made it impossible to drink. Upon calling was told its bot their problem and we should put it in a cup.
