        Noteworthy details: Very supportive staff when Derby Homes made my daughter with disabilities homeless within half an hour told her to pack her things and moved her into a travel lodge because she didn't have a deaf alerter..... she's nearly 37, doesn't want to come home to mum as she's been independent since 19 ... absolute disgrace. Travel lodge you have been amazing. Thank you

        The room had a portable heater as the air-con was broken, and the bed was hugely uncomfortable (roll together shouldn't be a thing these days). The lack of air-con or proper heating meant the bathroom was chilly, while the room itself was stuffy. Redeeming features in this budget friendly hotel include a decent sized room, lifts that work (handy if you're on the 4th floor) , onsite restaurant, and very helpful staff.
