Wellbeing Homecare Services Derby

Thought I would just like to say how pleased I am with the care my mum receives from Wellbeing Homecare Services. Nothing is too much trouble and the carers work really hard, going the extra mile. They are chatty, smiley and professional, always willing to help. Knowing that the carers visit mum throughout the day also gives me more time for myself and I am able to work full time too. Any problems that occur are sorted with a call from the registered care manager, so I always know what is happening and that mum is well. I am really pleased we chose this company.

When grandma was diagnosed with Dementia, we were distraught. We didn't have the first idea of what to expect and what care grandma would need. What we did know was that she would need help and support around the house so that she could remain living at home for as long as possible, and that she would be frightened and lost sometimes when her memory let her down. Wellbeing's team of carers were amazing. From the very fist visit our minds were put to ease and we knew that grandma was going to get the best care. Not only did they look after her day to day needs like washing, dressing, eating and cleaning, they looked after her mental wellbeing too with trips to the shops, out for lunch and to meet her friend. As grandmas care became more prescriptive, Wellbeing met every challenge with support and love. And what makes Wellbeing extra special is their openness, honesty and communication. They kept us in the loop after every visit. Amazing service, thank you.
