        If you move here be aware you'll have a poor quality build, sit most of your day in traffic as it moves very slowly at most times,and your neighbours will park all over the place,im talking from experience please beware. If you are considering purchasing a property on this development I'd suggest you just walk around the development and see what condition it is in,the Developer once you've purchased your property,does not keep the grounds tidy,you'll see that the grass hardly gets cut and is all overgrown,bins left as you can see. We've also now been hit with the service charge paid twice, and as of yet, no work has been carried out. Be careful of this charge research TP1 in your deeds
