I paid for a specific delivery, but had to pay an extra 16 on arrival because Cosmetize didnt cover the costs properly, despite charging me. I have sent several emails with no reply, and their support line is busy every single time you call. Ripped off and ignored.

Absolutely awful service, I placed a order to go to another address but the item turned up at my home so I had to take it and send it wasting money as I'd just paid delivery fee. I've spoken to the company but nobody cares no apology or reimbursement etc if delivery fee. I've emailed twice no response and now suddenly their phone line is disconnected.
