        This is a small gym with a good basic range of equipment and a selection of classes and a studio. It has a friendly vibe, the facilities could do with a onceover and the steamroom isn't steamy enough. The sauna is good though. A couple of things always bug me. There was no fitness plan discussed when I joined, no questions about any health issues I might have, but by far the worse is the failure of staff to check the demographic when they blast out the music. I wear headphones, but not always practical on some equipment. Usually there are half a dozen people in when I go and we're all 50 and older. I like loud music, I like all sorts, but not constant synthy dance tracks, if you do then sorted, if not make sure your your your phone/ iPod (showing my age) is fully charged.
