Fearon gym has changed my life .before I joined the gym I had almost lost hope .I had just finished chemotherapy and steroids medicine for chronic kidney disease stage 4 at 22% kidney functions.so I wasnt in good shape.I cd barely walk the stairs without stopping to catch some breathes.I was struggling with caring my two year old by then.I was 84.4 kgs..I joined morning boxercise class and completely improved my health and fitness.Am now 76kgs and am able to go back to work.The doctors have told me to continue with what am doing because my kidneys functions are improving.Clive really helped me get back to shape when I had given up.I feel great and I even go jogging.Am glad I found this gym .Everyone is friendly and supportive.we are like a family.I just want to appreciate Clive for his gym classes and his training and his dedication to his work.
