Ladies Gym Derby

Amazing gym, I constantly feel comfortable and confident as everyone is so kind and I have made some AMAZING progress there! Been a member here for nearly two years and I wouldnt dream of going elsewhere!

I became a member of this gym about 3 weeks ago and I can honestly say it's the most chilled out and friendly gym I've ever been to. Plenty of equipment and accessories to use and lots of space for workouts. Like I've seen another member say in a review, I look forward to going as its a joy to train here. Absolute A class

Tried to scam me and my sister and take cancellation fees even though we didnt owe them anything. Horrible experience. We went to this gym summer of 2021. My sister said she wanted to cancel because she is moving away and that was supposed to be fine without fees but the lady managing said she has to pay all of the rest of the year upfront and was persistent. That was about 200+. We explained that we only got the membership because it was free cancellation for exceptional circumstances such as moving away. And she still asked for extra fees saying its out of good faith that she will lower what we owed her. However when we called harlands and explained they said I have nothing to pay. So the lady was SCAMMING US. Beware

Absolutely lovely gym. All the equipment you could ask for and the staff are all supportive and knowledgeable. Ideally would love more classes but that's very minor

The Tone Zone is a fantastic ladies gym with an owner and staff who cant do enough to help you. Ive attended several PT sessions with Cherie and she is kind, supportive and very encouraging. For the first time in my life I feel like I know what to do in the gym! I always have a positive experience in this gym. Couldnt recommend more highly!!! Try it and you will see.
