        One of the best gym in Derby, its a bit tidy space wise but perfect and very passionate members and staff members. If they can here me from here I would like to suggest to these staff members to be more open to new joiners. When I first turned to join in the staff members made me like I was not welcomed and I honestly about to just leave the gym but likely a friend of mine is couching in this gym he recommended this place for me. Now After sometimes I am very close all staff members and the one who gave me wrong impression in the first place and turned up to be very nice person. I guess never judge book by its cover but some people arent that patients to discover and would just leave. Overall Im happy here and I achieved my goal weight 188ibs that Ive been struggling to make it for a while.
