Not only do they not bother to pick up the phones, here's my recent experience. Already had a sour feeling about JobCenters due to past experiences, but this was my first time in over a decade of ever having to attend a meeting in one of these places. Went in for my jobcentre meeting on the 5th of July on time for 2:40pm and sat there for around an hour and a half waiting to be seen, only to be told the person who was supposed to be interviewing me about my claim had left. Checked the online journal and saw "Failed to attend meeting" cheers Samantha. Took time out of work to go for this meeting, came on time and that happened.. absolute joke. The staff are mostly nice, but you see a lot of them talk down to other members of the public with an almost sarcastic and dismissive attitude. If Google could give minus stars, that'd fit this place nicely.

If I could give negative stars I would. !!!!!!!!!Absolute joke of a place, all would rather sit talking to each other than actually sticking to appointment times. People who your appointment is with don't actually tell you that they're not going to be there. Jumped up security guards thinking they're the boss of the place. Avoid at all costs!!!

Took my daughter for an appointment here, the lady seeing her turned up 25 minutes late, then sat chatting to other staff for a further 5 minutes... Then when the advisor finally started work, she called 2 names at once and I had to tell her it was my daughter first ... No apology for being late, we had parking running out and I needed to get to my own job... Appalling attitude and service, no thought for time keeping

How many security guards standing around chatting. Very intimidating. Also as we entered couldn't help notice how dirty the glass doors were at the entrance. Not really the impression you want to set. Maybe the security guards should do some cleaning.
