I have never in my life been treated as disgustingly as I have by this surgery. Patronizing, unsympathetic doctors and an administrative team who aren't much better. I asked for a recording of a particulary nasty doctor's appointment around 5 weeks a go and still haven't heard back. Wouldn't recommend to any one but especially not if you are a woman, BAME, or are disabled.

I have been at this doctors for a number of years and its gone down hill a lot, the best doctor available is Dr Trafford who I used to actually make an appointment and see her. Now it seems to be everything is reverted online and then called back 1-2 days later and only then referred to a pharmacy each and every-time. What are these doctors actually doing now? I havent seen an actual doctor in person for about 3 years now! Covid is long gone and over why isnt this surgery back to normal?! It used to be so easy to discuss in surgery get examined and treated just by making an appointment to go in, now its a major faff. Id have more luck with the receptionist at the undertakers.

Doctors and the actual health proffesionals who run the place are excellent. The terrible receiption team is a let down always seem to get prescriptions wrong and hard to contact. As a diabetic you need medication on time the admin team needs to be developed upon. Neverthless i will be moving to a practice that can better manage my care soon. AND TO REITERATE ON THEIR REPLY... THE DOCTORS ARE OKAY. THE ADMIN TEAM (THE PEOPLE WHO WORK AT RECEPTION) DO NOT HAVE A CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING no matter how many times you leave them stupid messages online you have to go face to face to get a problem sorted!!!!!!!!!! I HOPE WHOEVER REPLIES TO THESE REVIEWS GETS A REALITY CHECK.

This doctors have a horrific way of treating patients regarding mask exemptions. Literally will refuse you medical care if you have an exemption from wearing a mask and using the term "company policy" as if it overrides the law of the country. Absolutely disgusting display and will be telling everyone not to go here.
