        Fida came on his day off to remove a bird that was stuck in the chimney. He removed the fireplace without making a mess and was able to retrieve the bird and set it free. He made sure the fire was working ok and cleaned around it to maximise heat efficiency. He even checked the pressure on the boiler before he left. Fantastic service and I would definitely recommend. Thank you Fida
