Darren came as soon as he'd finished his previous job to remove my gas fire to save a trapped pigeon that had fallen down the chimney!! He also helped me to get it outside, and the pigeon flew away to see another day.

Couldn't give 0 stars. They came to service my boiler. Checked it was all working, as it's an old boiler, everything was working fine. They broke part of the boiler and had to disconnect it, because it was now unsafe. Charged me for coming out and left it disconnected, so I had no heating or hot water in - 7.

I have used Darren a few times to do various jobs around our house. The latest one was to replace a radiator in one of the bedrooms. Darren is punctual and thorough. I would definitely reccomend him. He ordered from City plumbing. A slight glitch with the original radiator ordered but City Plumbing took accountability and rectified the issue quickly.. I am currently liasing with Greg at City Plumbing to order a new bathroom suite and again the service is good.

Really helpful and friendly, I rang Darren to see if he could repair a fault with my washing machine, although he couldn't do it himself he found time to offer me advice and guided me to another business who were able to offer me support on the day. I had a feeling that nothing was too much trouble for him....What a star!
