But they forgot to send my drinks , rang shop and was advised they would send driver back with drinks , waited 30 minutes before ringing them back only to be told that driver was on another delivery and would then be doing another delivery before he would bring my drinks, now let me summarise I ordered drinks to have with my food , not for when they had gone through my digestive system and exited my body , I feel the customer experience Ive experienced is very very very poor
Youve had my money but then feel you can take as long as you want to correct your mistakes
Needless to say I WONT be using ascot fish bar no more
Absolutely shocked and dissatisfied by your lack of customer service
