Premier Fire Doors

I am an MBA student working on a project regarding interior doors and of all the companies that I called this one was the only one to take the time out to answer all the questions that I had about the industry. I would recommend this company to students seeking information and to persons in need of fire doors because this company is indeed knowledgeable and eager to help. Very poor customer service! We ordered bespoke sized fire doors with vison panels but what was provided was vision panels cut at a height that only someone at seven foot high could see through, intially Premier Fire Doors did not want to accept that it was there issue but after some forceful discussion & pushing they conceded to get them amended. On both the original order and then the re-worked doors we had to collect them from their Birmingham supplier as they could not commit to any dates with their couriers, in our experience they have a total disregard for the importance of date & timing and they responded very poorly to both e-mails & telephone calls. In future we will purchases our door requirements straight from the manufacturers who will undoubtably provide a better level of service and no doubt a cheaper solution.

A big thank you to Michael Holland, Sales Manager at Premier Fire Doors, who from day 1 did everything he could to help expedite my order. Michael was always friendly, helpful and informative. I would also like to thank Proovia Ltd, the courier company used by Premier Fire Doors. They played their part in ensuring I received it in time to be fitted and didn't have to wait a further 3-4 months for the carpenter to be free.

I ordered 3 custom made FD60 fire doors for my building contractor to install them. We provided them with the dimensions and the style we were looking for and with some much needed advice from the guys at Premier Fire Doors they executed brilliantly. The builder even commented on how easy they were to install due to the company providing the exact dimensions we needed. Trust me I've had problems before with other providers but not this one. I would highly recommend.
