It was my worst customer service experience ever. A man that arrived to my house to estimate and quote a job was arrogant and short-tempered. He spoked to me as if they had monopoly for fencing services in the area, so they were not obliged to respect customers. I had an impression that he tought I should be grateful for having him to see what I needed to be done. When I tried to explain how I would prefer my fence to be done, he rudely answered "Do it yourself! Our company doesn't do it this way!" Fortunately, I posted the job online, and someone else was happy to do the fence how I needed and surprisingly quoted me for only 30% of the price that Derby Fencing Services estimated. My advice is to shop around because there are people who value and respect customers and are willing to accomodate to their needs. I do not recommend this company and I will never again enquire about any services they offer.
