        None of the terminals were week working so had to push my way through a load of university students who couldn't make up their minds only to find staff who didn't care. Took nearly forty minutes for my number to be called only for it to be wrong. Asked for refund which was refused until I threatened to call the council and get the place closed. Looks like they are more interested in delivery orders as they were flying out of the door. AVOID AT ALL COST
