        Shocking place, recently went here got served cold chips, asked to have a new lot as they were so cold just to be given a new lot from the same batch! Still cold. No beans available and rude staff, wont be going there again

        20 minute wait in drive thru , chips taste bitter and extremely small portions. Chicken burger was extremely dry. Straws didn't last 5 minutes. Extremely overpriced and extremely poor quality.

        Atmosphere inside is cold and uninviting. Too squared off and uncomfortable to sit. Drive thru is annoying as KFC have a policy to always give you a receipt whether you decline it or not. I want to save on paper usage but can't because they refuse to serve you if you haven't taken the receipt
