The younger lad who served me (not the bold old ones with a weird sense of humour) lacks product knowledge and when he asked for help got a sarcastic answer from his colleague, not great in front of customers. I asked how long under unit lights would last was told for ever if you don't switch them on. Place needs a clear out, not stock but staff.

Bought LED lights and they didn't even last a year and paid so much for them as we have them in all the rooms. I also Bought the expensive once too. Waste of money.
