        My advice is don't deal with these people. I bought 9 Oak doors. 3 With Glass in. 2 Of the doors have faulty glass. Marks in the Acid Etching (frosting). Vibrant have not offered replacements or a refund after several threads of communication and doing everything they advised to remove marks in the glass. The glass has marks in but it's part of the production process of the glass. You can't get to speak to Customer Service. I've still got 2 faulty doors and the matter is going to go further, probably for a good while yet. It makes me so angry these companies get away with taking the money and completely ignoring they have supplied faulty goods. Our order was placed 13th March 2023. I wouldnt have given any stars but I have to give at least one to post the review.
