        Been with osmaston surgery for more than 10-15 years and the last few years this Doctors has been dreadful. Took them 2 and a half weeks to give me a call back for an EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT. Please don't use this Doctors. 0 star

        If I could give 0 stars I would. I very rarely visit the doctors and was born into the practice nearly 49 years ago when the doctors were hands on and knew their stuff. Went today was in and out within 5 minutes with rib pain, no consultation, no examination told to take paracetamol and ibuprofen and if work are not understanding to get another job. Great advice not ... have now put in to change practices but seems many are now the same

        Reception staff friendly and efficient..was seen by the dr the same day, after queuing for around 15mins

        My wife was supposed to have a appointment with the GP but they booked her in with a wrong medical therapist. So we went there we weren't even seen. Just a waste of time. Everytime you call for a appointment there always busy keep you on the line for 20 mins or more and when you get a answer there fully booked. I suggest everyone should change there GP shouldn't go here. Terrible surgery.
