I think that the score they have by now that is 2 starts is being generous. More then a surgery the service is one you would get in the butcher store. People helps people, this should be must have characteristic when working for NHS. Instead you threat people like a piece of meat.

They open at 8 and by 8:15 they have no appointments for the day. You can ring everyday and will be told the same thing, ring back tomorrow or go to a&e or walking centre - theyre so busy and appointments go so fast, yet when I picked up a letter from the practise the waiting room was empty. Compare that to 3/4 years ago the waiting room would be full and kids would be playing, coughing, crying

Pretty useless. Refuse to give a recurring prescription for an incurable condition, write new prescriptions of a different medicine, appointments only taken on a day by day basis, so someone could be ringing every day for weeks, and there's a good chance they won't be seen. They're understaffed and the people they do have are at the end of their rope, you can tell when speaking to them. I understand that Covid was hard on NHS, but this specific site seems to have completely crumbled.
