Some of the reception staff are very helpful and friendly, others abrupt, almost rude. Not easy to get an appointment especially with the same doctor. The admin staff are a shambles, input mistakes, takes ages for things to be inputted and the insurance claim staff are a joke. You are told to ring at such and such a time/day, only for that person to be unavailable. Waiting over 6 months for the form for my claim to be dealt with. The doctors are good, some better than others. The 'systems online' website is well out of date so don't rely on some of the information there.

This practice is amazing and I've never failed to get a same day appointment, please keep up the good work you all do.

This surgery is absolutely diabolical. Receptionist is the worst I have dealt with. Had an ongoing issue for nearly 4 years and always been able to book in with the doctor BUT suddenly no longer an emergency. (Original post, years ago.) Pray that you never have to wait for a dermatologist or a back specialist. These will have you in an early grave (I am officially still waiting.) Edited today 03/01/2023

It seems like GPS are here to come to work mark their attendance and get the hell of lot money government is paying them and dont give a thing about patients and go home. Worse thing is person who answers phone always ready to say why the hell are you calling today? please dont call here go and do self medication.
