I was referred here via 111,unfortunately there wad a road division on the m1 and this resulted in me being 9 minutes late so I was turned away, I still have a very painful toothache. I then had to go to the hospital for pain control.

Went to this practise as an emergency this morning after phoning 111. Fantastic service ,I had large absess which she drained and gave me antibiotics . Thankyou Anil and you're colleagues x

I was a patient for a few years and apart from weeks and sometimes months between appointments i had no issues . Because of missed and cancelled appointments They have now struck me off . I suffer from 3 chronic illnesses which at times make me housebound so always asked for text reminder of my appointments. The last one I never got a text reminder and because it was a few weeks before my appointment I forgot due to brain fog . I was told to ring back at beginning of April to see if I can be taken back on to be rudely told no , despite the previous receptionist telling me . In 3 years my treatment is mot even halfway through and now I cannot find a NHS dentist , I'm disgusted at the way I've been dealt with and spoken to . Not once did I complain when having to wait months between appointments so find it arsh thecway I've been dealt with . I'd advise people to avoid if they need extensive treatment .
