Allestree Dental Practice

My wife and I have recently switched to Allestree Dental Practice and I can say that our experience so far has been fantastic. We have been made to feel so welcome and all the staff are really friendly and helpful. We have been used to a Dentist that never had appointments when needed and wanted you in and out in no more than 5 minutes regardless. This is certainly not the case here and so far we have been able to arrange appointments when needed even in such difficult times. Great Service. So glad we moved. Thanks.

Very rude phone staff refused to assist in helping in sorting serious toothachce very disappointed in the service i didnt get. Disgraceful

I have been with this practice for over 40 years now and my latest experience with Mrs Jairath this weeks was as good it can get. She did a sterling job in a timely, compassionate manner explaining everything about the lengthy procedure. I wish the practice every success for the future. Ernest Quigley

Absolutely outstanding, cannot praise them enough for the fantastic patient experience we experienced there this week was above our expectations of a new dentist at short notice. From the moment I spoke to them on the telephone in the morning, with their very understanding and caring receptionist, the unexpected call back from the wonderful lady dentist, then the whole experience at the surgery. I couldn't fault the service we received, so professional yet friendly and caring, Covid Secure, the wonderful calm, reassuring manner of the lovely lady dentist. I have never experienced a dentist like it, my son was so reassured and calm. I have never seen him so relaxed and trusting. That is all down to the combined effort of the caring team at Allestree Dental. I'm absolutely so very grateful to them for seeing my son at short notice, he's so happy to be more comfortable and out of pain. The whole experience bears testament to how hard they are all working to maintain essential dental services during these difficult times.
