        Has the usual NHS related issues, too many patients, not enough slots etc. Reception staff are not the best but Im sure have to deal with a lot of disgruntled customers.. The dentists are pretty good on the whole, I had a couple I used to see on a regular basis who were super sound, very relaxed and friendly. Not the worst option for a local NHS dentist for sure.

        If I could rate 0.1 stars I would, spent my whole life going to this practice and my mum has spent 30 whole years. Can't sort out issues with an appointment, my mum can't even talk to a dentist face to face while being literally 20 seconds of stairs away, wasted money getting there just to have 30 years of loyalty thrown in her face, ridiculous. I won't be coming here again ever.

        I have been with this dental practice for 6 years and never had good service until today. The receptionist was unbelievably kind, helpful and passionate about how fantastic the surgeon here is. There's been some serious improvements and I'm so grateful!

        Rude reception which doesnt fill you with hope of a kind dentist!! Appalling phone girls( cant even call them receptionists as thats an insult) who cant even sort an appointment!!!

        Multiple booked appointments cancelled without much explanation as to why over the summer. I am now trying to rebook a hygienist appointment and I just cannot get through to reception. I have been trying to call all week!
