Really really bad experience with Jemma Taliss.Please dont do any mortgage with her .You never get mortage.She said I'm 10yrs experience broker.After few day discussions I gave my documents to start mortgage and paid 250.First week she said she applied for mortgage with Mansfield building society., I checked with estate agent if anyone came for valuation. But nobody came.2nd week I called Jemma she said still underwriting. 3rd week jemma said still underwriting. Still no one didn't come for valuation. 5th week I called Mansfield building society.They said Jemma never submit any application under my name.But Jemma said Mansfield building happy to lend 80%of my loan amount and Kensington mortage will give me rest.I told jemma if u submit mortage application,send me a confirmation. She couldn't send it.I asked her how did you get 80%without submitting mortgage application. She never answer.She was a big lier. She wasted my 5 weeks on lies. Finally I lost my favourite property. I'm not recommended this person at all.

My wife and I would just like to thank Mike, Adam and anyone else who was involved in helping us to remortgage this year. With the constant uncertainty surrounding the current financial market, with high interest rates and the general cost of living concerns, let alone the usual worries around remortgaging, it was a relief to have the team at Finance Advice Centre guiding us along the way. Mike and Adam were both very quick to respond to any queries we had and were able to give us insight on the options we had available. They provided clear and transparent figures which enabled us to choose the best option that will hopefully see us better off over the term of our new mortgage. They communicated with the solicitors working for our new mortgage provider and followed up to make sure the paperwork was completed and sent back on time. This is 5-star service! First time we've used Finance Advice Centre. I have to say what a breath of fresh air! Unbelievable work. I contacted the Nathan Thompson in the Finance Advice Centre as I was having difficulties securing a mortgage offer for my daughter as a first-time buyer. Nathan went above and beyond would be an understatement. He went out of his way to secure us the best deal and kept us updated regularly. Nathan shows an amazing Can Do attitude and a real Passion for what he does. I can't thank him enough for all hes done for us and to put it simply we would not be where we are without his help. Nathan's attention to detail was exceptional, he was always available for a quick chat and returned emails 24/7. What can I say, the service was 5 Star, effortless and most importantly trustworthy. This kind of customer dedication and kindness is truly rare to find. He is very knowledgeable, and honest and very much at the top end of his profession, experienced financial advisor whose priority is to deliver for his customers.you did it a big thank you !!

We bought our first house and we worked with Steve Hatton. He was with us all the way and no question was too difficult for him to answer while taking his time and anytime we needed to speak with him, he was available. A big thank you Steve. Will definitely recommend my friends.
