Scenario: An 11 year old iMac, high spec originally but OS lagging behind and deteriorating performance. Phoned for advice and Shaun quickly offered a balanced view. Agreed to SSD upgrade and delivered the iMac to him yesterday. Despite having to order the new SSD specially, not only was it replaced, but other "service" items were sorted out F.O.C. Communication was 1st class with regular progress updates. New OS installed, all the data transferred via Time Machine and he even threw in a complementary RAM upgrade. All this and a turnaround of just over 24 hours. iMac looks just like it did yesterday but now much faster and the functions which had stopped working are now restored. Superb service, thank you. I will return and recommend you to friends.
