Laptop HDD failed on me at 2000 on Sunday Night, after being blown off by the local PC repair guy who closed at 2100 on his website as he was "only taking phone calls" I called these guys. They found someone who was able to recover all of my data about an hour later. Ordered parts in urgent and fixed it the next day for me.

I did a search on Trusted Dolphin to get my laptop repaired and I found 10 IT companies within the area. They turned up within an hour and collected my laptop and is now good as new. Polite, professional staff!

Trusted Dolphin have changed my perceptions of IT repair services (for the better). I've previously had bad experiences with well-known high street retailers who sent family laptops and tablets away for weeks on end, not knowing when or if they would be repaired. This site allowed me to sit in the comfort of my own home and search for repair services within my area. Once I had found and selected a local repairer I felt at ease, as after a quick call I knew to ask for Martin at the shop and on arrival he already understood the problems I was experiencing. I received an excellent service at a competitive price, whilst also supporting a small local business. I shall definitely continue to use this site and I have recommended it to all the girls in the office.
