        Terrible experience with this company. Rude, unprofessional and incompetent. I would question if the surveyors are actually qualified as a lot of the information they gave me was completely incorrect. The survey I received is full of errors and even to a non-professional it is obvious that it has not been carried out correctly. Avoid and save your money and mental health

        Totally appalling service. After you sign the contract they ignore you entirely, no answer to remake, phone calls etc. They were meant to deliver the survey after 7 working days. I received it on the 21st working day. The quality of the survey itself was dreadful. Refunds are absolutely impossible.

        DO NOT USE! Missed several issues costing me thousands of pounds to rectify on my house purchase. Now gone into liquidation when I'm trying to claim it back through the dispute resolution service. DO NOT END UP IN MY SITUATION!

        Poor service. It can not issue report as scheduled. 19 May 2022 carry out inspection. It promises to issue report within 7-9 days. Today is 6 June. I asked by email and telephone. It promised to sent before midnight of 5 June. I still havent received. See below : I have now spoken with the estate agents - The Homebuyers survey is scheduled to take place on Thursday 19th May 2022 by Mr Shabir our surveyor (FRICS Chartered Building Surveyor). To confirm, once the survey inspection has taken place, the completed survey report will be issued to you via email within 7-9 working days. I will not recommend this company.
