The first time I was asked if I had a safety certificate for an exercise mat!?!?! Second time I was told I was too early to drop stuff off, (even though they were open) and a member of staff tried to chastise me for putting a box outside the shop as I unloaded more boxes of kit to be donated.
Twice Ive tried to donate and twice Ive been greeted with negativity. I guess this negativity maybe one of the reasons theres a sign outside asking for donations.
