Mark Hadfield & team catered our September wedding, and went above and beyond to craft a menu that incorporated our culinary favourites. They even created a special canap using bacalhau as a tribute to Portugal where we now live! Their team provided excellent service on the day, making our day all the more special. Thank you!

We booked Mark for our wedding after our previous caterers had to unfortunately close down. Mark was nothing but respectful and helpful, understanding the position we were in. He booked for us to have another tasting session and replicated the menu we had already booked, knowing how much that menu ment to us. He kept us in the loop every step of the way. On the actual day him and his team made our day run like clockwork as well as serving us the most beautiful, delicious food! Every single one of our guests enjoyed their meal and are still talking about it a week later! Thank you!

I booked Mark to cater for my husbands 40th birthday. Guests loved the menu options right from the off and Mark and his team certainly delivered on the night. Mark was helpful and informative during the planning and the food on the day was AMAZING! Delicious canapes and 3 beautifully plated dishes that tasted superb. The service staff on the day were friendly and helpful. We are very grateful for making our night one to remember. A huge thank you!
