Ive just had the Service and MOT completed on my Nissan Juke, the customer service was spot on as always. The work was completed quickly and I received a very thorough video of the car on the ramp, this was a very nice touch. Thanks to Sophie for looking after me, it was nice to see Vikki and Abraham too who sold me the car a few years ago. I cant wait to order my next vehicle!

Total cons! Will say anything for the sale, and come across as very helpful. But the moment the sale is done and something goes wrong, they will not take responsibility, and in fact, ask for even more money to fix the problems! Don't trust the hundred-something point check they do; they won't even provide evidence of this. Consistent with other reviews. General manager Andrew Moss is a complete joke - delays in responding to emails if he replies at all, and has a habit of emailing after 5pm to kick the can down the road. My advice; avoid. Plenty of other sellers and cars out there. Ps, they'll be quick to respond to this review to make it look like they're being helpful and reasonable; they don't want their dirty laundry out in the open.
