We are having a very poor experience with Bristol street motors having ordered a 5008 in February 2022 with a promised delivery date of September 2022. Now we are advised it may go on the production line in March 2023 so earliest delivery 13-14 months compared with 7 months. This was never explain at the start of ordering process and the ongoing communication is non existent or very poor unless we contact and complain asking for information.

Ive recently brought a new car from Bristol street motors all thanks to the amazing Annalise. I went with no intentions of buying a new car as I wasnt sure on what type of vehicle I wanted. Annalise was so professional and understanding with me she didnt make me feel pressured in anyway to buy a car right away or at all, she walked me around to show me all the types of vehicles available and explained which would be suitable for me as I wanted something high and suitable to pull a caravan. Annalise went above and beyond for me by checking the weight of my caravan and what type of cars would be suitable to tow. In the end I fell in love with a Renault Kadjar and agreed to purchase one so she definitely a asset to the company, I am so happy with my service I received I feel like I got the best possible deal she could find for me with 3 years warranty & road tax for the year as well as other incentives like protecting my future value and to fix my motoring cost during the current climate. Thank you so much for your help its much appreciated will totally recommend Annalise and Bristol street motors in the future!.
