I went to this company last sat spoke with a very helpful, friendly and professional gentleman name is Mohammed. We ask for a refund and it was hassle free. The cars are lovely only too big for me that's the reason I didnt bother to buy xxx

Spotted a nice Jaguar xf sportbrake that was for sale and wanted to view asap, all arranged easy enough, turned up on time, the place was all locked up and I found it strange I couldn't see the car I went to view, I tried contacting the guy but to no avail, turns up 15min later and the first conversation was " were appointment only" of which I knew and had booked one, to get told the car is in for an MOT and service the next day, which I found strange as the advert stated Mot passed no advisories and just serviced which is false advertising. I get told to go over to the garage to view the car, at this point I was tempted to drive home but thought I had travelled nearly 50miles I might as well take a look. Get to the workshop and the car is on the ramps getting it's brakes changed which is good atleast I'd get new brakes, but also there was no chance of a test drive, plus the garage was terribly lit so no chance of seeing the true condition of the car. The advert also stated It had a panoramic roof of which is didn't again false advertising. I left the garage in 2 minds wether to leave it or to ask for a second viewing, I went with the latter and arranged another viewing and atleast I could test drive the car. The night before i check the advert just incase the car had sold to my dismay the price had been increased by 1000, obviously to recoup the cost of the brakes in which had to be done for it to pass the Mot. Very unprofessional considering my first viewing I could have put a deposit down at the original price and to not be told the price had increased is very poor service and unfortunately a garage I wouldn't entertain dealing with in the future.

We wanted to replace one of our cars but I was a bit dubious about buying a car online. However, they had the model we wanted with the right spec and at a good price. I did my homework and called them up. They gave me an honest description of the car (I know that now but didn't at the time!). They gave me the registration and VIN so I could check the service history and any warranty work and recalls with the main dealer. Everything checked out. We live about 600 miles away and both my wife and I are disabled and unable to easily undertake a journey of that distance so they offered to deliver the car for a nominal cost. The purchase was very straightforward and they sorted everything out for us. The driver contacted us a couple of times en route to keep us apprised of his progress and the car was with us within 24 hours of ordering. You can't beat that for service. Everyone I spoke to there was polite and professional and I would definitely buy from them again if they have the right car. Looking at their website, the stock turns around quite quickly so they must be doing something right! Thank guys!
