Saw the car I wanted online, called and put down a refundable deposit. Came up to see it and agreed for a local inspection. All good and paid for the car. No hassles, professional and helpful throughout. Highly recommend.

Had a minor issue with the car and customer service was exceptional. Many thanks to Ben for sorting things out as he was fantastic from start to finish. Highly recommend these guys.

Sale went smoothly, did and said all the right things and took the car away no issues. Fast forward 10 months, I have an issue with a part they replaced before I took the car away, turns out they won't offer any warranty or repair on it because they use after market parts to repair and I should expect consumable items to wear in time (funnily enough the original genuine part on the other side is perfectly fine). They are happy to do what's needed for the sale but not bothered once it's left them, very much a brush off attitude. I don't expect to spend over 16500 on a car to find they use substandard cheap aftermarket parts! I now face a bill of 170 to replace the part they used. Fine if you want to use these aftermarket parts but maybe you should tell your customers this information and give them the option to upgrade to genuine or not purchase the car at this point! Thank you for your reply. I appreciate consumable parts are replaceable but the point is aftermarket parts won't last as long! The point you make about the replacement being offered isn't quite the truth! I was told you had a replacement part in stock at 39.99 - when I questioned about the price as it was half the price of everywhere else I was told that was the price, this is when I questioned if you used genuine parts to find you don't!
