Unfortunately not the best experience I've had buying a car. Sales team (Ian) great really helpful dealt with us very well. Sadly once having the car and finding something less than expected the Aftersales team seems not to bothered with helping, received one email and never had any follow-up

Appalling customer service. Misogynistic and totally unprofessional remarks from engineers. Unhelpful, with little desire to help or rectify problems with my Jeep. Attempted to blame me for faults with the car and no apology when faults found to be real. No response from emails sent by me, mentioning the above issues. I would never buy a car from this group and if possible would never go to them for servicing or car repairs. They have had my car in for 6 weeks and have not once contacted me to update me on repairs, parts, or any kind of time frame for finishing the work Worst garage I have ever had to deal with
